General 5-day Camps
Everyone Together on a Trail Ride
Our General (5-day) Camps are for ages 9 and above who are confident and ready for a full week of activity. Even Grandpas have participated. Mother/child teams have also been popular. The times of the 5-day camps are Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. till 3:30 p.m. We do trail rides daily and a variety of games and skill activities. On Friday camp begins at 3 p.m. to prepare for the week end family horse show which will begin about 5:30 and end with awards and a recognition ceremony. Often parents will organize a pot-luck for after the horse show and before the recognition ceremony. A DVD of the first four days will be given at the recognition ceremony. We do attempt to group riders according to skill level. If we are rained out for any day, the show will be transferred to Sunday afternoon. The cost is $350.00
